Digital heat transfer production process:


Step 1. Produce high-resolution pictures;

Step 2. Use Sublimation Ink print the pattern on the Sublimation Paper through a heat transfer printer, hundreds of meters per hour;

Step 3. Use a heat transfer printer to print the pattern on the Heat Transfer Paper. Printing machines and other ordinary machines can print patterns onto products.

The operation is simple and the pattern is formed in one go without color registration. One machine can print thousands of products in 8 working hours a day. Can be applied to ABS, PP, leather and ceramic coated cups
